DECLARATION
of 14 December 2004
amending Decree No. 92 / 1999 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 28a (b) and (c) of Act No. 634 / 1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended by Act No. 104 / 1995 Coll.:
1. Paragraph 1, including footnote 1, reads as follows:
This decree implements the relevant regulations of the European Community1), and provides for
(a) details of the labelling of textile products,
(b) an overview of the names of each type of textile fibre and their description;
(c) the contractual increases used to calculate the weight of fibres contained in textile products;
(d) a list of textile products which are not subject to mandatory labelling by particulars of the composition of the material;
(e) a list of products which may be labelled with a common designation.

2. Paragraph 1 is renumbered Article 1a and footnote 1 is renumbered footnote 1a, including the footnote reference.
3. In the third sentence of Article 6 (4), the words "company name 'are replaced by the words" business name'.
4. In Annex 1, the following serial number 33a is inserted after serial number 33:
| „33a | polylaktid | vlákno z lineárních makromolekul, které mají v řetězci nejméně 85 % (hmot.) esterových jednotek kyseliny mléčné získaných z přirozeně se vyskytujících cukrů, které má teplotu tání nejméně 135 °C.“. |
5. In Annex 2, the following serial number 33a is inserted after serial number 33:
| „33a | Polylaktid | 1,50“. |
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2005.
