The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 17 January 1995 on a proposal by the Regional Office in České Budějovice to repeal the generally binding decree of the municipality of Vrábč on the charge for the removal and landfill of solid household waste, adopted on 22 April 1994, which took effect on 9 May 1994, as follows:
The general binding decree of the municipality of Vrábče on the charge for the removal and landfill of solid domestic waste, adopted by the Municipal Council in Vrábč on 22 April 1994, is hereby repealed with effect from the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
