amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 60 / 1988 Coll., on changes in the organisation and competence of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 173 / 1989 Coll., on measures in the system of central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, headed by a member of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 60 / 1988 Coll., on changes in the organisation and competence of ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 173 / 1989 Coll., on measures in the system of Central Authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, headed by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, is amended as follows:

The Ministry of Culture is the central body of the State Administration for Arts, Cultural Education, Cultural Monuments, Churches and Religious Societies, Press and Other Information, including the publication of non-periodical printing, the implementation of the Copyright Act and the production and trade in culture. "
2. In Paragraph 12 (1), the words "grouping and assembly right 'are replaced by the words" grouping and assembly right'.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
