on increasing certain social benefits for children
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 35 of Act No. 88 / 1968 Coll., on the extension of maternity leave, on maternity benefits and on the allowances for children from sickness insurance, § 142a of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on the security of cooperative peasants in sickness and on the security of the mother and child, as amended, and § 168 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on social security, as amended by Act No. 150 / 1979 Coll. and the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 7 / 1982 Coll.:
The amount of the provision allowance due under social security rules (4) shall be 300 CZK per month, if it is for the child, and 650 CZK per month, if it is for the others.
The allowance for an invalidity child for childcare, education and provision allowance (5) shall be 500 CZK per month.
The maximum allowable income limit for the award of compensation for the loss of remuneration to members of uniform agricultural cooperatives in military training and other types of service in the armed forces shall be 690 CZK per month, 6) and, if there are survivors of the resistance, 880 CZK per month. 7)
Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No 77 / 1979 Coll., which increases child and educational allowances, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1982.
