DECLARATION
Ministry of Health of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 10 January 1978
on the repeal of the Ordinance on Private Surgery of Doctors and Dentists and the Ordinance on Rates for Operations carried out in Private Medical and Dentist Operations
The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Socialist Republic provides according to § 70 paragraph 1 (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people:

1st Decree No. 129 / 1958 Ú. v., on private practice of doctors and dentists,
2. Decree No. 209 / 1958 Ú. v., on the rates for actions carried out in private medical and dental offices.
The date of effectiveness of this decree ends with the permission still left to provide some of the tasks of preventive and therapeutic care in private medical and dental clinics, which was issued in accordance with Section 2 of Decree No. 129 / 1958 of the Ú. v., on private practice doctors and dentists.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1978.
