DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 13 February 1975
amending and supplementing Decree No 77 / 1974 Coll., on the organisation of working time and the transfer of leave in 1975
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces an adjustment to the working time provided for in 1975 by the Government Resolution of 9 January 1975 pursuant to Sections 83 (3) and 94 of the Labour Code and provides in agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions pursuant to § 43 (1) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries:
Decree No 77 / 1974 Coll., on the adjustment of working time and the transfer of leave in 1975, is amended as follows:
1. in paragraph 1, "5 April, 27 September and 15 November 'is replaced by" 22 March, 5 April, 27 September and 27 December';
2. paragraph 9 shall read as follows:
"(9) In 1975,
(a) working days Sunday 4 May and 28 December
and
(b) working days on Friday, 2 May and Wednesday, 24 December. "
3. In paragraph 16, "Monday 27 October 'is replaced by" Friday 2 May';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
