adjusting customs duties on goods originating in developing countries
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 35 paragraph 2 of Customs Act No. 36 / 1953 Coll.:
In order to create the most favourable conditions for the further expansion of the volume and structure of Czechoslovak imports of finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials originating in developing countries, all import duty rates specified in the first part of the Czechoslovak Customs Tariff applicable on 31 December 1971 for goods originating in developing countries shall be reduced by 50%, subject to the provisions of Article 2 of this Regulation.
The reduction in customs duties provided for in Article 1 of this Regulation shall not apply to goods falling within the following tariff numbers (items) of the first part of the Czechoslovak Customs Tariff:

| 274. | Šatstvo, prádlo, zboží výstrojné a jiné věci šité z látek, výslovně nejmenované |
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
