DECLARATION
Council of the District National Committee in Galanta
of 5 February 1970
determining the district office of local national committees in the district by the construction office
The Council of the District National Committee in Galanta determines, pursuant to § 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 6 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, the Construction Office:
1. The district office of the local national committees based in Sládkovičov with territorial competence for the municipality of Sládkovičovo, Malá Mača, Hoste and Abraham;
2. Regional office of local national committees based in Vlčany with territorial competence for the municipalities of Vlčany and Ned.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
