Budget Act 1961
of 18 January 1961
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Tasks of the State Budget for 1961
In accordance with the National Economy Development Plan, the State Budget 1961 provides funding to cover the tasks of the first year of the third five-year period.
Determination of State Budget
(1) The total revenue of the state budget is fixed at CZK 112.534,445.000, the total expenditure is fixed at CZK 111.915,307.000, resulting in a surplus of CZK 619,138.000.
(2) The national budget contains the budgets of the national committees, the revenue and expenditure of which are CZK 34.253,796.000.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1961.
