of 13 March 1957
changes to the territorial districts of certain national committees.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 4 paragraph 2 and § 33 paragraph 1 of Act No. 13 / 1954 Coll., on National Committees:
(1) The local part of Hrabová is excluded from the territory of Ostrava and joins the district of Ostrava.
(2) The territory of the Municipality of Poruba, Pustkovec, Třebovice and Svinov is excluded from the district of Ostrava and is attached to the territory of Ostrava.
Paragraph 3 (1) of the last sentence of the Government Decree No. 16 / 1954 Coll., on changes to the territorial districts of certain national committees is hereby deleted.
Osada Strazně is excluded from the village Míín in the district of Písek (the county of Českobudejovický) and is connected to the village Počaply in the district of Blatná (the region of Plzeňský).
This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 May 1957; they shall be carried out by the Home Secretary in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
