of 3 February 1954
amending and supplementing the provisions of Section 7 (2) of Act No. 64 / 1950 Coll., on the social security of persons called upon to serve in the military and their family members.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 14 paragraph 1 of Act No. 2 / 1954 Coll., on the State Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the Czechoslovak Republic for 1954:
Act No. 64 / 1950 Coll., on the social security of persons called upon to serve in the armed forces and their family members shall be amended as follows:
Paragraph 7 (2) reads as follows:
"Where the staff member referred to in paragraph 1 performs the first sentence of a military service, other than the basic or replacement service, he shall, in addition to the entitlement referred to in paragraph 1, be entitled to pay, in addition to the entitlement referred to in paragraph 1, for a period exceeding two weeks but not exceeding four weeks, from the employer, less the amount to be determined in accordance with paragraph 3. Entitlement to this reduced salary shall be granted only if the staff member has family members whose arrangements depend substantially on him and who are not otherwise taken care of at the time. However, where a staff member, after one type of service has ended, performs the same or another type of service in the armed capacity, he shall not be entitled to the salary referred to in paragraph 1 for reasons of the subsequent service, nor shall he be entitled to a reduced salary and the service shall be considered as continuing the service in respect of the salary entitlements. ';
The measures taken to implement this Regulation before its effect shall be deemed to have been taken pursuant to it.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; They shall be implemented by the Ministers of the Interior, Finance, Justice and National Defence in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
