on further measures pursuant to Section 2 of the Decree of 21 March 1942, No 109 Coll., amending the construction regulations (1st amendment).
The Ministry of Technology declares in agreement with the Ministry of Interior pursuant to § 2 of the W.v. No. 109 / 1942 Coll.:
The following other municipalities are excluded from the effectiveness of Paragraph 1 of the Law No. 109 / 1942 Coll.:
(a) in the Czech Republic: Nové Bydžov, Hlinsko, Kutna Hora, Jablonec nad Nisou, Kadana, Modřany, Nymburk, Pelhrimov, Písek, Příbram, Vlashim and Žamberk;
(b) in the country of Moravian-Silesian: Bystřice pod Hostýn, Frenštát pod Radhošt, Holešov, Hranice, Karvinná, Kojetín, Krnov, Lipník nad Bečvou, Valašské Meziříčí, Šternberk and Šumperk.
The exemption of the municipality of Plané (in the case of Mariánské Lázně) from the effectiveness of § 1 of the Law No. 109 / 1942 Coll., which was carried out by Decree of the Minister of Technology of 20 November 1946, No. 242 Coll., is hereby withdrawn.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 February 1948.
