Government Regulation
of 25 May 1945
on transitional measures at Czech universities.
With the consent of the President of the Czechoslovak Republic, the Government hereby orders, pursuant to § 138, paragraph 1 of the Act of 13 May 1936, No 131 Coll., on State Defence:
§ 1.
The legal conditions of Czech universities are governed by the regulations in force on 29 September 1938.
§ 2.
The Minister for Education and Education will, in a transitional period, make a derogation from the regulations in force by administrative means all the measures needed to start and continue the activities of higher education institutions and to speed up studies, namely as regards the study allowances for students who were prevented from studying by closing Czech universities between 1939 and 1945.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day following its publication; they are carried out by the Minister for Education and Education.
