THE LAW

of 6 April 2022

amending Act No 261 / 2021 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the further electronic procedure of public authorities, as amended by Act No 270 / 2021 Coll.

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Čl. I

In Act No 261 / 2021 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with further electronic procedures of public authorities, as amended by Act No 270 / 2021 Coll., CXXII, including the title:

„Čl. CXXII

Transitional provisions

1. The provisions of Sections 44 (v) to (x) and 69b of Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., on archiving and file services and amending certain laws, as amended by CXXI, paragraphs 6 and 21 of this Act, shall apply from 1 July 2022.

2. The provisions of Sections 69c and 69d of Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., as amended by Article CXXI (21) thereof, shall apply from 1 July 2023.

3. Paragraphs 69e and 74 (11) and 12 of Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., as amended by Article CXXI (21) to (23) thereof, shall apply from 1 July 2024. Paragraph 74 (11) of Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., as amended on 31 January 2022, shall apply until 30 June 2024.

4. Paragraphs 63 (3) and (4), 64 (4) and (7) and 65 (8) of Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., as amended by Article CXXI (7) to (9), (11), (12), (18) and (20) thereof, shall apply from 1 January 2026. Until 31 December 2025, the provisions of Sections 63 (3) and (4), 64 (4) and (7) and 65 (8) of Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., as amended on 31 January 2022, shall apply.

5. The Ministry of the Interior shall determine and publish in the Ministry of the Interior Bulletin the procedure of the attestations centre for electronic file service systems (hereinafter referred to as the "attestations centre") in the implementation of the attestations of the electronic file service system (hereinafter referred to as "attestations"), the conditions for the implementation of attestations and the amount of payment for attestations until 31 January 2023.

6. Orders submitted to the testing centre before 1 July 2023 are not taken into account.

7. The tests carried out by the testing centre before 1 July 2023 shall not be taken into account.

8. Reimbursement for the attestations paid by the client to the attest centre in connection with the order referred to in point 6 or the attestations referred to in point 7 shall be returned by the attest centre to the client. "

This Act shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
