Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 11 February 2005
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and the following additions to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.1.2005 and 31.1.2005:
1. Collective contract of higher degree (24 November 2004 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005) concluded between
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of Employers Veolia Water Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of higher degree (of 16 December 2004 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005) concluded between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers.
3. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 21 December 2004 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005) concluded between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The agricultural union of the Czech Republic.
4. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 21 December 2004 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005) concluded between
