amending the Order of the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the President of the State Bank of Czechoslovak No. 136 / 1985 Coll., on financial, credit and other assistance to cooperative and individual housing construction and modernisation of family houses in private ownership, as amended
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 35 (2) (b) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on the Rules of Management of the Budget Funds of the Czech Republic and the Municipality of the Czech Republic (Budget Rules of the Republic), as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 579 / 1991 Coll.:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the President of the State Bank of Czechoslovakia No. 136 / 1985 Coll., on financial, credit and other assistance to cooperative and individual housing construction and modernisation of family houses in private ownership, as amended by Decree No. 74 / 1989 Coll., Decree No. 73 / 1991 Coll. and Decree No. 398 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
In the first sentence of Article 6 (3), the words "at the relevant branch of the Investment Bank 'are replaced by the words" at the Consolidated Bank of Prague, p.
If the State Bank of Czechoslovakia or the Investment Bank has granted a loan for cooperative housing according to existing or former rules, (1) the loan shall be deemed to have been granted by the Consolidated Bank of Prague, p. OU. The provisions of the existing and, where applicable, earlier legislation1) on financial, credit and other assistance to cooperative housing related to the Investment Bank and, where applicable, the Czechoslovak State Bank of the Czech Republic shall apply to the Consolidated Bank of Prague, p.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
