DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 6 July 1983
amending Decree No 61 / 1961 Coll., on block proceedings, as amended by Decree No 1 / 1970 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior of the Czech Socialist Republic provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 29 paragraph 1 of Act No. 60 / 1961 Coll., on the tasks of national committees in ensuring socialist order, as amended:
Decree of the Minister of Interior No. 61 / 1961 Coll., on block proceedings, as amended by Decree No. 1 / 1970 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 3 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) For the imposition of fines, the blocks issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic are used for amounts of 10, 20, 50 and 100 CZK."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1983.
