of 19 December 1977
on the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1978, on the administration of pension tax for certain taxpayers and on limitation periods for property and exceptional benefits
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
| (1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu České socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 119 269 202 000 Kčs, | |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou (příloha č. 1). | 119 269 202 000 Kčs | |
| (2) Ve státním rozpočtu republiky jsou obsaženy | ||
| a) dotace ze státního rozpočtu federace do státního rozpočtu republiky ve výši | 56 820 000 000 Kčs, | |
| b) finanční vztahy k rozpočtům národních výborů, a to: | ||
| neúčelové dotace ve výši | 17 266 500 000 Kčs, | |
| účelové subvence ve výši | 21 300 000 000 Kčs | |
| (příloha č. 2). | ||
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or on the basis of its authority, the Minister of Finance may, without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect in particular changes in the state plan for the development of the Czech Socialist Republic's national economy, organisational changes, changes in the context of specifying the construction of the Czechoslovak section of the Orenburg pipeline and the adjustment of non-earmarked subsidies and special-purpose subsidies to national committees if the conditions under which non-purpose subsidies and special-purpose subsidies have been determined change.
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 117 / 1971 Coll., on the budgetary determination of income and administration of contributions, pension tax and social security contributions, is amended as follows:
1. in § 1 (a), the words "under § 1 (a) to (c) and (g) of Act No 111 / 1971 Coll., on contributions to the State Budget and Social Security Contribution" shall be replaced by the words "under § 1 (a), (b) and (g) of Act No 111 / 1971 Coll., on contributions to the State Budget and on social security contributions, as amended."
Article 2 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The tax administration pursuant to Act No. 113 / 1971 Coll., on pension tax and social security contributions, as amended, is carried out by taxpayers who are established abroad, if the source of income is in the territory of the Czech Socialist Republic, the District Financial Administration in Prague 1."
Act No 129 / 1968 Coll., on the limitation period for property and exceptional benefits, is amended as follows:
In Section 1, the words "for another 10 years' are replaced by the words" for 20 years';
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1978.
