DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 9 November 1972
amending Decree No 156 / 1968 Coll., on veterinary examination of domestic slaughter of certain slaughter animals, as amended by Decree No 123 / 1970 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic and other participating central authorities, provides pursuant to § 15 (1) of Act No. 51 / 1959 Coll., on the Purchase of Agricultural Products, and § 18 of Act No. 66 / 1961 Coll., on Veterinary Care:
Paragraph 5 (1) of Decree No 156 / 1968 Coll., as amended by Decree No 123 / 1970 Coll., is amended as follows:
"1. Decree No. 48 / 1963 Coll., on domestic slaughter of pigs, compulsory sale of lard and purchase of hides from such slaughterings, as amended by Decree No. 100 / 1965 Coll., on the abolition of compulsory sale of lard, except § 8 (1), first sentence, paragraphs 2 to 6 and § 9, which shall apply until 31 December 1975. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1973.
