amending Annex 3 to Decree No 57 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the formalities to be provided to personnel recruited by the Labour Union, Health and Social Security Councils of the Regional National Committees
The Ministry of Construction of the Czech Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to § 18 of Decree No. 92 / 1958 Coll., implementing Act No. 70 / 1958 Coll., on the Tasks of Enterprises and National Committees on Labour Care, and pursuant to § 12 (2) of Act No. 53 / 1968 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation and Scope of Certain Central Authorities, in an Agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Czech Trade Union of Workers in Construction and Construction:
Annex 3 to Decree No 57 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the formalities to be provided to personnel recruited by the Labour Union, Health and Social Security Councils of the District National Committees, shall be amended and read as follows:
"Annex 3 to Order No 57 / 1959 Ú. l.
The amount of formalities and detailed conditions for their admission to employment for workers in the organisation of construction production and in the selected organisation of construction material production
A. Recruitment
1. Workers who are entitled to a recruitment allowance and who are engaged from other regions in the selected organisations of construction materials production (Section 4 (1) of Decree No 57 / 1959 Ú. l.) or who enter from other regions into construction organisations carrying out complex residential construction in the territory of Prague and the North Bohemia Region or other important buildings designated by the Ministry of Construction according to the decision of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic shall receive a recruitment allowance at the following level and within the following deadlines:
(a) at the time of conclusion of an indefinite contract or for at least three years, of the following:

2. The organisations referred to in point 1 may, with the agreement of the Regional National Committee, provide for a recruitment allowance for workers who enter into employment with those organisations within the region (Section 4 (2) of the Decree). The recruitment allowance may be granted up to and within the following time limits:
(a) at the time of conclusion of an indefinite contract or for at least three years, of the following:

3. Workers who are entitled to a recruitment allowance and who are engaged in employment in other regions in other construction organisations (Section 4 (1) of the Decree) shall receive a recruitment allowance of the following amount and within the following time limits:
(a) at the time of conclusion of an indefinite contract or for at least three years, of the following:

4. Organisations may, with the agreement of the Regional National Committee, provide for a recruitment allowance for workers who enter into employment in other construction organisations within the region (Section 4 (2) of the Decree). The recruitment allowance may be granted up to and within the following time limits:
(a) on the conclusion of a contract of employment for an indefinite period or for at least three years up to the amount (Cčs):

(b) when a contract of employment is concluded for a period of less than 3 years, but for at least one year, 200 CZK on a one-off basis on taking up a contract.
5. Classification of organisations in individual groups for the provision of recruitment contributions to workers obtained by the District National Committees or workers who, in agreement with companies, extend their employment contract by at least one year, the Ministry of Construction of the Czech Republic provides in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and Finance of the Czech Republic.
B. Processing allowance
Staff entitled to the processing allowance (Section 5 of the Decree) shall receive a contribution of 40% in the first month of the duration of the service, 20% in the second month and 10% in the third month of the earnings earned by the worker in the relevant month in regular working hours. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
