on the introduction and use of the Single Classification of Building Objects
The State Statistical Office shall establish, in cooperation with the Ministry of Construction and in agreement with the State Planning Commission and the other Central Authorities, pursuant to Article 45 of Act No. 23 / 1963 Coll., on People's Control and National Economic Records, and under the statutory measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 1 / 1967 Coll., on changes in the organisation of the responsibilities of certain Central Authorities:
In order to ensure uniform sectoral classification of construction buildings in the national economy, a Single Classification of Construction Buildings (hereinafter referred to as "Single Classification" *) is established, which is part of a Single System of Economic Classification.
The single classification is binding on all socialist organisations, in particular construction organisations and organisations with secondary activity, in the area of planning, national economic records, in the project documentation on investment construction, in the documentation on supplier's customer relations (i.e. orders, economic contracts, invoices etc.) and for the issue of sectoral code lists and all sub-special-purpose nomenclature of building buildings. These nomenclature (price lists, catalogues, etc.) shall have a direct link to the uniform classification.
(1) Construction organisations and other organisations with a secondary activity, as a secondary activity, follow in the national economic record in particular data on production volume, costs, material consumption, working hours and wages according to the uniform classification. The guidelines of the State Statistical Office determine the types of indicators monitored and the method and time limits for their detection. * *)
(2) In the years in which the statistical survey on interbranch (interproduct) relationships is carried out, construction organisations and other organisations with construction activities as an activity are also required to monitor the consumption of material in individual (consumer) sectors of the single classification according to the supply sectors of industrial production, based on the uniform classification of industries and products. *)
Exemptions from the provisions of this Order for individual organisations are permitted in justified cases The State Statistical Office, in agreement with the State Planning Commission and the Central Authority, which is responsible for proposing an exemption.
The classification system of building buildings from 1962 and all still used classrooms of building buildings is no longer valid. * *)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1968.
