repealing the Decree of 17 May 1945 on certain measures in the supply of food to the population.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The Government Decree of 17 May 1945, No. 6 Coll., on certain measures in the supply of food to the population, shall be repealed on the date to be published by the Minister of Nutrition in the Collection of Laws and Regulations.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Minister of Nutrition.
