The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement 2016 - 2017, concluded on 24 January 2018 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of timber industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of Forestry and Woodworking Enterprises.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for the period - 1. 1. 2017 - 31. 12. 2019 (trade area), concluded on 13. 2. 2018 between the Contracting Parties
Czech Moravian trade union hospitality, hotels and tourism
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for the period - 1. 1. 2017 - 31. 12. 2018 (tourism sector), concluded on 17. 10. 2017 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
4. Appendix 2 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement 2017 - 2020, concluded on 18 December 2017 between the Contracting Parties

and
Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
