amending Government Regulation No 210 / 2008 Coll., to implement specific measures to combat terrorism
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 paragraphs 1 and 3 of Act No. 69 / 2006 Coll., on the implementation of international sanctions:
Government Regulation No. 210 / 2008 Coll., to implement specific measures to combat terrorism, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the word "use 'is replaced by" application'.
2. footnote 1 shall read:
"(1) Council Common Position 2001 / 931 / CFSP of 27 December 2001 on the application of specific measures to combat terrorism, as amended by Council Common Position 2009 / 67 / CFSP.";
3. the Annex shall read as follows:
