Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 12 April 1994
amending Decree No. 560 / 1991 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Regulations No. 130 / 1993 Coll. and No. 300 / 1993 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll. and Act No. 113 / 1990 Coll.:
Decree No. 560 / 1991 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisation to import and export goods and services, as amended by Regulations No. 130 / 1993 Coll. and No. 300 / 1993 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. Annex E to Part I reads: "Non-military weapons, ammunition and explosives'.
2. In Annex E, Part I, entry 8710 00 00 and entry 9301 00 00 00 are deleted.
3. In Annex E, Part I, the title of subheading 9305 reads: "Parts and accessories - goods of headings 9302 to 9304 of the Customs Tariff '.
4. In Annex E, Part I, the title of subheading 9306 reads: "Bullets, other ammunition and projectiles, and parts thereof, including buckshot of all kinds and cartridges'.
5. Part II of Annex E is deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
