amending and supplementing Decree No 93 / 1979 Coll., on the remuneration and physical security of pupils and apprentices preparing for the professional professions in teaching and study fields, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic determine according to § 230 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Labour Code and § 40 paragraph 3 (a) of Act No. 63 / 1978 Coll., on measures in the system of primary and secondary schools, in agreement with the participating central authorities and with the Czech Trade Union Council:
Čl. I
The Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 93 / 1979 Coll., on the remuneration and physical security of pupils and apprentices preparing for the professional professions in the teaching and learning fields, as amended by Regulations No. 166 / 1979 Coll., No. 45 / 1981 Coll., No. 42 / 1982 Coll. and No. 86 / 1982 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 1 (4) (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Monthly fees shall be paid to pupils and apprentices in the following ranges:
