The Council of the South Moravian National Committee in Brno shall determine, pursuant to § 9, paragraph 2 (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, the building offices of the municipal national committees:

This decree shall take effect on 15 December 1966.
