amending Act No. 8 / 1959 Coll., laying down basic rules on the State Budget and on the Management of Budgetary Funds
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided in accordance with Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
Paragraph 16 (1) of Act No. 8 / 1959 Coll., laying down the basic rules on the State Budget and on the management of budgetary appropriations, is deleted.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
