DECLARATION
Ministry of Fuel and Energy

amending and supplementing Decree No 7 / 1959 of the Ú. l issue basic conditions for the supply of electricity
The Ministry of Fuel and Energy, in agreement with other customer ministries (central offices and authorities) and after approval by the main arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides pursuant to Section 192 of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on Economic Relations between Socialist Organisations:
Decree No 7 / 1959 of the Ú. l issuing basic conditions for the supply of electricity is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. In Paragraph 8, the following paragraph is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) The collectors operating a plant plant or a heat plant shall, mutatis mutandis, negotiate with the relevant energy organisation, in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, a consumption chart determining the consumption of electricity for their own purpose '.
2. Article 31 (2) (b) shall be amended and read as follows:
"(b) if the customer whose power is measured by a quarter-hour peak indicator exceeds the power in kW agreed by the sampling diagram for more than 15 minutes, he shall pay for each case of overshoot at the peak of the energy system of a single penalty payment of Kčs 50, - but not more than Kčs 3000, - per month."
3. in Article 31 (2), the following provisions (c) and (d) are inserted after (b):
"(c) where a customer who receives electricity measured by a graphical registration device (maxima, printomavitraf or maxima) at a compound rate from a public electricity distribution facility, the average hourly power in kW calculated from the beginning to the end of the full hour, agreed by the demand chart, at the peak of the energy system or in extra-peak times for which stage 7 or higher single regulatory plan has been declared, shall pay a penalty of:

| 3,- Kčs/kW/hod. | do 10 % hodnoty odběrového diagramu, |
| 10,- Kčs/kW/hod. | přes 10 % hodnoty odběrového diagramu; |
"(d) where a customer operating a plant power plant or a heat plant with a graphical registration of electricity production as well as the purchase from a public electricity distribution facility, or supply to a public electricity distribution facility, the agreed consumption diagram at the peak of the energy system, shall pay the periodic penalty payment, mutatis mutandis, in accordance with the provisions laid down in point (c) of the consumer diagram."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1961.
