on the adjustment of limitation periods for property and exceptional benefits
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic has acted in accordance with Article 66 of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
(1) The right of the State to measure and recover property benefits with accessories, as provided for in Act No. 134 / 1946 Coll., on the property increase levy and on the asset benefit, as amended by Act No. 168 / 1950 Coll., as well as the right of the State to measure and recover extraordinary benefits with accessories, as provided for in Act No. 185 / 1947 Coll., on the extraordinary lump-sum levy and the extraordinary levy on excess property gains, as amended by Act No. 180 / 1948 Coll., is limited at 20 years.
(2) The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply in cases where the limitation period has expired until the date on which this legal measure takes effect, unless a final decision is prevented.
This legal measure shall take effect from the date of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
