amending criminal laws and regulations.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
Cash amounts applicable under criminal laws issued before the entry into force of this law for the assessment of whether a criminal offence is a crime, offence or offence, as well as cash amounts applicable to the criminal rate, shall be increased to three times.
(1) They increase five times:
(a) the legal rates of criminal penalties and fines of any kind imposed by civil or military courts;
(b) the amounts applicable to the limitation period for criminal offences;
(c) the amounts applicable to the replacement of financial penalties and fines for free punishment;
determined according to laws issued before 5 May 1945.
(2) The legal rates of disciplinary and order fines imposed on lawyers and (public) notaries or candidates of advocacy and (public) notaries under the laws issued before 5 May 1945 are equally increased.
The provisions of this Act do not apply to pension legislation.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Ministers for Justice and National Defence.
