DECLARATION
of 22 March 2013
amending Decree No. 267 / 1999 Coll., on determining the amount of the recruitment allowance, the transfer and subsistence allowance and the procedure for granting travel and other allowances to professional soldiers, as amended
According to § 73 (1) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Defence provides:
In § 2 (c) of the Decree of the Ministry of Defence No. 267 / 1999 Coll., determining the amount of the recruitment allowance, the transfer and subsistence allowance and the procedure for granting travel and other compensation to professional soldiers, as amended by Decree No. 44 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 457 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2005 Coll. and Decree No. 203 / 2008 Coll., the amount "CZK 155 'is replaced by" CZK 157'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
