GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 January 2005
determining the body providing for the instrument of enforceability of decisions of the institutions of the European Communities
The Government mandates pursuant to § 261 (4) of Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 555 / 2004 Coll.:
The decision of the Council, the Commission or the Court of Justice of the European Communities shall, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community1), be certified as enforceable by the Ministry of Justice.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
