GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 January 2004
amending Government Decree No. 138 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of Constitutional Agents of the Czech Republic, as amended by Government Decree No. 455 / 2001 Coll.
The Government orders the implementation of § 2 paragraph 1 (g) of Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 26 / 1993 Coll.:
In Paragraph 1 (2) of Decree No. 138 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of Constitutional Agents of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 455 / 2001 Coll., the comma at the end of point (b) is replaced by a dot and point (c) is deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
