GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 31 January 2001
repealing Government Regulation No. 85 / 1991 Coll., laying down transitional measures for the gradual replacement of the existing national emblem by a new national emblem of the Czech Republic, and Government Regulation No. 175 / 1993 Coll., laying down transitional measures for the gradual replacement of national emblem of the Czech Republic or the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic by a new national emblem of the Czech Republic
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 68 / 1990 Coll., on the Use of State Sign, State Flag and Other State Symbols of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 358 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 68 / 1993 Coll.:
They shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 85 / 1991 Coll., laying down transitional measures for the gradual replacement of the existing state emblem by a new state emblem of the Czech Republic.
2. Decree of the Government No. 175 / 1993 Coll., laying down transitional measures for the gradual replacement of national characters of the Czech Republic or of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic with a new national emblem of the Czech Republic.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
