on the financial and material security of apprentices in boarding school apprenticeships for young people requiring special care and in apprenticeships attended by apprentices from social care institutions for faulty youth
The Ministry of Education provides in agreement with the participating central authorities and with the Central Council of Trade Unions pursuant to § 37 (1) of Act No. 89 / 1958 Coll., on the Education of Adoption to the Occupation in the Textbook (Apprentice Act) and § 230 of the Labour Code:
§ 1
This decree applies to young people with mental, sensory and physical defects, which are prepared for a profession in a teaching relationship in boarding school for young people requiring special care and in apprenticeship schools attended by apprentices from social care institutions for disabled young people ("apprentices').
§ 2
(1) The apprentices will receive a monthly remuneration within the category in which they are classified. *) The monthly remuneration in each category shall be determined by:

v 1. roce přípravného období na 35 — 50
v 2. roce přípravného období na 55 — 90

V kategorii C
v 1. roce přípravného období na 30 — 40
v 2. roce přípravného období na 40 — 70
v období odborného rozvoje na 50 — 110
(2) Monthly remuneration shall be granted to apprentices regardless of whether they undertake vocational training or participate in teaching; it shall also be provided during the period of incapacity for work for sickness, accident or quarantine, if the beginning of those periods falls within the preparatory period. *)
(3) Apprenticeswho have obtained secondary education in secondary general education, a monthly remuneration shall be granted at least within the range set for the second year of the preparatory period.
(4) Within the defined margin of monthly remuneration, the organisation shall determine the amount of the monthly remuneration according to the overall assessment of its benefits and behaviour and results in the training for the past quarter.
(5) In the period of professional development, apprentices shall be assigned work according to their curriculum and curriculum so as to bring the apprentices closer to the average performance of the professional professional. Teachers in school establishments shall also receive the fixed remuneration provided for in paragraph 1 in the third year.
(6) Reimbursement for work (earnings) will be received by the apprentice when they are permanently in service during training during the period of professional development, namely:
- in the task pay, not less than 70% and not more than 100%
- in the period of pay in the first half of the professional development period, at least 50% and not more than 75%, in the second half of that period, at least 60% and not more than 100% of the salary which, according to the applicable wage rules, belongs to other workers, including, where appropriate, a premium or a performance supplement, which would be received by a qualified worker for the same performance and performance. The amount of total earnings shall be determined by the organisation according to the overall assessment of the benefits and behaviour of the apprentice.
§ 3
The organisation shall provide the apprentices of the preferred teaching disciplines provided that they are provided with accommodation, free daily meals and accommodation. The preferred teaching fields are the teaching fields listed in Annex 1 to Decree No. 84 / 1965 Coll. as amended by Decree No. 60 / 1967 Coll. as preferred. The other apprentices of this category, through which the organisation does not provide accommodation, provide free of charge one main and one side meal daily.
§ 4
The organisation of meals and accommodation for the costs of meals and accommodation in accordance with Decree No. 115 / 1958 Ú. l. or Decree No. 102 / 1964 Coll.
§ 5
Accommodation and catering are provided to apprentices' organisations in their own facilities or for their costs in other organisations' facilities or in canteens.
§ 6
(1) The organisation is required to ensure that apprenticeseat at the value of the physiological nutritional standard.
(2) Trainees entitled to free meals may take meals at apprenticeship facilities, or in canteens, even at the time of their leave, if they are in the place of the organisation or in incapacity for work due to illness (except communicable diseases).
§ 7
The organisation shall agree with legal representatives of apprenticeships who are not preferred to pay the cost of accommodation and meals by apprenticeship.
§ 8
Organisations are required to provide apprentices with working clothes and footwear and other protective equipment under the conditions and to the extent laid down by the ministerial regulations. *)
§ 9
Paragraph 19 (2) of Decree No 84 / 1965 Coll. is amended and read:
"Paragraph 7 to 16 shall not apply to apprentices in educational establishments of the Ministry of Interior. Special regulations apply to physically defective apprentices in social care institutions for disabled young people and for apprentices in special apprenticeship schools. '
§ 10
Cancel
the Interim Directive of the Ministry of Education and Culture on the remuneration of inmates undergoing vocational training in youth schools requiring special care of 21.5.1959 No 2352 / 59- I / 3.
§ 11
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1967.

*) The amount of remuneration above the Cčs 100, - is provided for the benefit of the apprenticeship and is therefore not included in the own income of the apprentice in terms of parents' entitlement to child allowance.
