Councils of the North Bohemian Regional National Committee in Ústí nad Labem
of 28 June 1965
withdrawing from certain municipal national committees in the area of responsibility of the building office
(1) The Council of the North Bohemian Regional National Committee in Ústí nad Labem withdrew with effect from 1 July 1965 pursuant to Article 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, the competence of the Building Office to the following municipal national committees:

| Podbořany, | okres Louny |
| Rumburk, | okres Děčín |
| Železný Brod, | okres Jablonec nad Nisou |
(2) This amends Sections 1 No. 5 and 6 of Decree No. 22 / 1957 Coll., § 1 of Decree No. 66 / 1959 Ú. l., § 1 of Decree No. 137 / 1959 Ú. l. and § 1 (b) of Decree No. 58 / 1960 Coll.
Orders No 115 / 1959 Ú. l., No 16 / 1961 Coll. and No 22 / 1962 Coll. are deleted.
