LEGAL MEASURES
Bureau of the National Assembly
of 9 August 1961
adding the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic to the Bureau of the Government
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided in accordance with Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
Čl. I
The State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic is attached to the Bureau of the Government.
Čl. II
Government Decree No. 47 / 1953 Coll., on State Arbitration, as amended by Government Decree No. 77 / 1953 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 4 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The authorities of the State Arbitration consist of the main arbiter, an adequate number of representatives of the main arbiter and the state arbiter. The main arbitrators shall be appointed by the authority in which the State arbitration is established, which shall also provide for its personal and material needs. ';
2.
"The main arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has the right to submit draft measures in economic matters to the Government and the main arbitration of the Regional National Committee to the Regional National Committee."
Čl. III
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
