extending the Protocol to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade of 30 October 1947 (No 59 / 1948 Coll.), as agreed in Torquay on 21 April 1951.
The Protocol to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade of 30 October 1947, negotiated in Torquay on 21 April 1951 (Decree No. 51 / 1951 Coll.), was signed on 19 September 1951 for Austria and on 7 September 1951 for the Republic of Peru.
The provisions of paragraph 11 of that Protocol shall apply. (b) extend to Austria on 19 October 1951 and to the Republic of Peru on 7 October 1951, which from that date became Contracting Parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
