amending the Law of 14 July 1927, No 115 Coll., on the adaptation of surveying studies at Technical Schools.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The Act of 14 July 1927, No. 115 Coll., on the adaptation of surveyor's studies at Technical Schools, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (1) is amended and read as follows:
"In the Czech Technical University in Prague, in the framework of the special teaching university and at the Czech Technical University in Brno, a department of surveying engineering has been established since the beginning of the study year 1927 / 28."
2. Paragraph 1 (2) is deleted.
3. Paragraph 2 (1) shall be amended and read as follows:
"The period of study of surveying engineering shall be four years and shall be divided into two sections, the first of which shall be the general examination and the second expert examination. '
4. In Section 4, the final words are deleted: "not before one year after the second state examination '.
5. Paragraph 5 is deleted.
(1) The current three-year study of surveying engineering ends in 1947 / 48.
(2) The listeners and graduates of this three-year course may perform a state examination in accordance with the test rules in force until 31 December 1950 at the latest.
(3) Graduates of this three-year degree who have completed a vocational examination may acquire a doctorate in technical sciences under the conditions applicable to the achievement of this doctorate, but not earlier than one year after the completion of the professional examination.
(4) The Minister for Education and Education sets out the conditions under which the students and graduates of the previous three-year course and those who have completed the state examination after the three-year course may perform the state examination of the four-year course.
This Act takes effect on the day of its publication and applies in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Education and Education.
