of 8 October 1945
on the territorial extension of the applicability of the Decree of 10 May 1939, No 121 Coll., on the establishment of the Supreme Price Office, as amended by the Decree of 8 May 1940, No 189 Coll., and on the further temporary administration of the Supreme Price Office.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Articles 4 and 13 (1) of the Constitutional Decree of the President of the Republic of 3 August 1944, No 11 of the OJ (Annex to Decree No. 30 / 1945 Coll.), to restore the legal order:
(1) The applicability of Decree No. 121 / 1939 Coll. as amended by Decree No. 189 / 1940 Coll. extends to the whole territory of the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries.
(2) The applicability of the provisions issued pursuant to the Government Regulation referred to in paragraph 1 is extended, if not earlier, to the whole territory of the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries on 1 November 1945.
The Supreme Bureau of Price Offices temporarily to the extent that it follows from Decree No. 121 / 1939 Coll. and from the regulations it is changing or complementary.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 May 1945; All members of the government will do it.
