GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 May 2018
amending Government Regulation No 86 / 2011 Coll., on technical requirements for toys, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 86 / 2011 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Toys, as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 339 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 151 / 2015 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 97 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Council Directive (EU) 2017 / 738 of 27 March 2017 amending, for the purposes of adapting to technical progress, Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys as regards lead shall be added to the separate line. '.
2. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Commission Directive (EU) 2017 / 774 of 3 May 2017 amending Appendix C to Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys as regards phenol for the adoption of specific limit values for chemicals used in toys is added to the separate line. '.
3. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Commission Directive (EU) 2017 / 898 of 24 May 2017 amending Appendix C to Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys with regard to bisphenol A. 'is added to the separate line.
4. In Annex No 2, Part III, point 12, in the table,
"Olovo13,53,4160"
is replaced by:
"Olovo2,00,523."
5. In Annex 2, Appendix C, in the table, the entry "Bisphenol A 'in the third column is replaced by" 0,04'.
6. In Annex No 2 to Appendix C, the following entry is added at the end of the table:
"Phenol108- 95- 25 mg / l (migration limit) in polymeric materials in accordance with the methods laid down in EN 71- 10: 2005 and EN 71- 11: 2005. 10 mg / kg (content limit) as a preservative in accordance with the methods laid down in EN 71-10: 2005 and EN 71-11: 2005 '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 October 2018, with the exception of Article I (2) and (6), which shall take effect on 4 November 2018, and Article I (3) and (5), which shall take effect on 26 November 2018.
