This Regulation establishes the spa place Ostrožská Nová Ves and the status of the spa place Ostrožská Nová Ves.

(1) The spa place of Ostrožská Nová Ves is hereby established.

(2) The spa area is part of the cadastral area of Ostrožská Nová Ves.

(1) On the basis of the basic map of the Czech Republic, the territory of the spa site is graphically indicated in Annex 1 to this Regulation. The course of the border defining the spa area is described in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

(2) The internal territory of the spa site is graphically marked on the basis of the cadastral map of the Czech Republic in Annex 3 to this Regulation. The course of the border defining the internal territory of the spa site is described in Annex 4 to this Regulation. The outside of the spa area includes the rest of the spa area.

(1) The spa area is prohibited

(a) construction of structures, facilities and facilities which could adversely affect the provision of spa rehabilitation care in the internal territory of the spa site by physical, chemical or biological damage or influences; and

(b) construction and modification of buildings and equipment causing or causing the transit or accumulation of vehicles in the internal territory of the spa site to a greater extent than is necessary for its transport operation.

(2) The internal territory of the spa is prohibited

(a) construction of structures which would not comply with local urban, architectural, cultural and civilisation values;

(b) construction and operation of buildings, installations and activities which would reduce permanently the proportion of unpaved areas and reduce the area of parks and green areas;

(c) construction and changes of buildings, changes in the purpose of the use of areas or parts thereof not related to the purposes of the spa, corresponding to spa and civic facilities and transport and technical infrastructure, or not related to the protection of the green,

(d) construction and establishment of garages;

(e) the construction and establishment of facilities for production and services which may have disruptive effects on the treatment regime in the natural spa,

(f) the construction and establishment of equipment for industry, warehouses, building yards and technical equipment and communications maintenance facilities; and

(g) construction of new motorways, roads and local roads of Class I and Class II.

(3) In the inner area of the spa is prohibited the construction of entertainment facilities and mass garages. Such construction may be permitted if it is linked to the purpose of spa rehabilitation care and if it is not contrary to the interests of the protection of the regime of provision of spa rehabilitation care and conservation, or the creation of a spa environment.

The use of pyrotechnic articles and articles with sound and light effects for entertainment purposes is prohibited in the inner territory of the spa site. The prohibition shall not apply to 31 December and 1 January.

In the inner territory of the spa site, maintenance and cleaning of public spaces during the summer and winter periods are carried out without the use of defective lát1).

(1) The internal territory of the spa is prohibited

(a) the dissemination of sound advertising by means of transport and off-site and from stationary sources;

(b) the dissemination of light advertising dazzling, flashing and otherwise harassing; and

(c) the distribution, offering and other dissemination of advertising leaflets.

(2) It is possible to place posters, flyers and other advertising media in the inner territory of the spa site only on advertising and advertising facilities and advertising buildings which are located in areas and places designated under the building law.

(3) It is forbidden to feed stray and wild animals in the inner territory of the spa area.

(4) It is prohibited to keep livestock and animals requiring special care in the internal territory of the spa.

(1) The entry, entry, entry, operation and postponement of vehicles and other means of transport, and entry with such means, with the exception of vehicles of the components of the integrated rescue system and of the municipal police, wheelchairs, medical aids for disabled persons, baby carriages and mechanisation for the maintenance and cleaning of such premises, are prohibited in the spa colonnade and in public spaces related thereto, with the exception of roads.

(2) No entry with animals is allowed in the spa colonnade and in public areas related to it. This prohibition shall not apply to dogs accompanying persons who are blind or disabled and to animals of the components of the integrated rescue system and the municipal police.

(3) Parcel forming a spa colonnade and public spaces related thereto are graphically defined in Annex 5 to this Regulation and listed in Annex 6 to this Regulation on the basis of the cadastral map of the Czech Republic.

(4) The spa colonnade and the public spaces related thereto are identified by an informative board with the inscription or graphic character showing the prohibitions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2016.

The southern part of the border of the spa site Ostrožská Nová Ves in the cadastral area Ostrožská Nová Ves begins near the crossing of publicly accessible roads at the crossing of the Czech Railways number P7954 in Nádražní street on the southern corner of the plot No 4565. Furthermore, it continues along a publicly accessible purpose communication north of it - along the north-east border of the parcel No 4567, overloading the shortest direction of the plot 4573 / 1, along the north-east border of the parcel No 2448 / 2 and 2448 / 1 around the yard TJ Ostrožská Nová Ves up to the quarry point of the south border of the parcel No 3140. The length of this section is about 1 482 m The coordinates of the quarry point are X 1186140.28, Y 540508. The quarry point is marked in the field with a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. From there, the boundaries of the spa area in the eastern direction to the southern border of the parcels are continued with the parquet number 3141, 3142, 3145, 3146 and 3147, with a length of about 63 m up to the quarry point of the parcels border 3147 and 3148. The coordinates of the quarry point are X 1186163.87, Y 540450.01. The quarry point is marked in the field with a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. From there, the boundaries of the spa site slightly turn southeast and continue at the border of the parcel number 3231. The parcel border number 3231 is marked with reflective colour in the field. From there, the boundaries of the spa site are copied by the southern and eastern border (fence) of the airport's parcel number 3231 to the northern border of the parcel number 4035. The border of the spa site is visibly marked here by a reflex point for fencing the airport property. The barrier of the spa site continues in the eastern direction and along the north border of the plots 4035, 4141, 4142, 4143, 4298, 4297 and 1976 / 56 is reached the quarry point - the barrier of the melioration grate of the parquet number 1976 / 35. The coordinates of the quarry point are X 1186105.27, Y 539520.69. The quarry point is marked in the field with a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. The length of the spa area border in the eastern direction between the quarry points is approximately 773 m. The border of the spa area is situated north and along the west border of the plot of land the plot number 1976 / 35 (melioration road) continues about 143 m to the north border of the plot 1976 / 94, where the next quarry point is. The coordinates of the quarry point are X 1185980.20, Y 539450.20. The quarry point is marked in the field with a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. Here the boundaries of the spa site turn east again, crossing the melioration road and crossing the northern boundary of the plots of land with parcustoms numbers 1976 / 95 and 4379 perpendicular over points X 1186086.03 Y 539312.17 and X 1186096.59 Y 539298.53 (wooden stake with reflective marking) cross the stream Petřikovec on the border of the parcel parcel number 4380. From there, the border to the north continues along the dam of the stream Petřikovce (east border of the plots 4573 / 1, 7292 and 7293) of a length of 246 m to the north border of the plot of the plot 3890, where the quarry point is. The coordinates of the quarry point are X 1185918.01, Y 539129.61. The quarry point is marked in the field with a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. From this point, the boundaries of the spa site turn approximately 11 m southeast towards the southern border of the plot 3883 to the next quarry point. The coordinates of the quarry point are X 1185928.56, Y 539131.75. The quarry point is marked in the field with a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. From this point, the boundaries of the spa site east to the southern border of the plot 3883 are 56 m to the next quarry point. The coordinates of the quarry point are X 1185951.52, Y 539080.37. The quarry point is marked in the field with a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. From this quarry point, the border turns north and heads over the west border of the plot of plot 4442 of 65 m. Here is a quarry point with coordinates X 1185888.82, Y 539060.03. The quarry point is marked in the field with a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. From there, the border of the spa area continues to the east via plot 4442 and along the northern border of plots of headings 4529 and 1999 / 2 of the length 217 m reaches the breaking point. The coordinates of the quarry point are X 1186001.11, Y 538875.17. The quarry point is marked in the field with a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. This is the border of the plot number 4551 / 1 (railway line). Here, the border turns south and along the western border of the plot of land, parcustoms number 4551 / 1 (railway line), returns at a length of 1 700 m to the starting point at the crossing point of the ČD crossing number P7954 in Nádražní street on the southern corner of the plot No 4565.

The southern part of the border of the inner territory of the spa site Ostrožská Nová Ves in the cadastral territory Ostrožská Nová Ves begins near the crossing of public roads at the crossing number P7955 through the railway line on the south corner of the parcel No 1761 / 1. It continues in the south-west direction along a publicly accessible special purpose road north of it - along the south-west border of the parcels 1761 / 1, 2005 / 1, 2005 / 2, 2004 / 1, 1763 / 1 and 2002 to the river Petřikovec, where the north-west border of the lot No 2002 turns north and runs approximately 378 m after the south-east barrier of the stream Petřikovec (south-east border of the lot number 4573 / 1) to plot No 4270. The border point is defined by a steel bar - a red and white beam of height 2 m and diameter 25 mm. From there, the border turns east and along the north-east border of lots number 4270, 4271, 4272, 4432 and 4441, the northern part continues directly through the parcel parcel parcel lot number 4529 to the road path partariff number 1999 / 2, the quarry point of the north-west border of this parcel with coordinates X 1186400.3, Y 539166.78 continues directly on its southeast border. The quarry point is also marked by a steel bar - a red and white beam of height of 2 m and a diameter of 25 mm. Here the border turns south again and along the bicycle path leads southwest towards the southwest border of its property, common with the north-west border of the plot of parcustoms number 4551 / 1 (railway land) to the railway crossing number P7955 to a publicly accessible purpose communication. Here it connects to the starting point of the border, which is the south corner of the parcel number 1761 / 1, and thus the border is closed. The southeast border of the internal territory along the railway line to the railway crossing number P7955 is about 506 m long

A total of 9 parcels of 38 464m2 were registered in the property register.
