DECLARATION
of 21 March 2013
amending Decree No. 223 / 2005 Coll., on certain educational documents, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 28 (7) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 179 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No. 223 / 2005 Coll., on certain educational documents, as amended by Decree No. 489 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 63 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 205 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 431 / 2011 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (2) (a) and (b):
'(a) the primary school is listed in Annex 1 to this order,
(b) in a special primary school they are listed in Annex 2 to this decree, '.
2. In Paragraph 1 (6), "290 'is replaced by" 297'.
3. In Paragraph 1, the sentence "The place of listing of the department identifier of a legal person carrying out a school activity (8) shall be given by the abbreviation" RED IZO "at the end of paragraph 7. '

"8) § 144 (1) (b) of the Education Act."

Transitional provision
By the end of the school year 2014 / 2015, the forms of the certificate may be used for primary schools, special primary schools and primary art schools issued pursuant to Decree No. 223 / 2005 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 2013.
