DECLARATION
of 12 March 2012
amending Decree No 671 / 2004 Coll., laying down the details of the organisation of the admission procedure for secondary school education, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 60 paragraphs 1, 6 and 8, § 60a paragraph 4 and § 64 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 243 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 671 / 2004 Coll., laying down the details of the organisation of the admission procedure for secondary school education, as amended by Decree No. 422 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 46 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 394 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (2), the words "the final assessment of the applicant from primary education6a) ', including footnote 6a, are deleted.
2. In Paragraph 3 (1), "April to 7 May 'is replaced by" 30 April';
3. Paragraph 3 is deleted.
Paragraphs 4 to 8 shall be renumbered paragraphs 3 to 7.
4. In Article 3 (3), "up to 3 'is replaced by" and 2';
5. in Article 4 (1), point (b) shall be deleted;
Point (c) shall be renumbered (b).
6. in Article 4 (2) (b), the words "or 3" shall be deleted;
7. In Paragraph 5a (2), the third sentence is deleted.
8. In Paragraph 5a (3), the words "sending a minor 'are replaced by the words" sending a minor on written request'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
