GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 March 2003
on the proportional part of the reserve to be allocated under the milk production quota system in the quota year 2003 / 2004
The Government mandates pursuant to § 12 (3) and (4) (c) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and amending certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund):
The proportion of the reserve available under the milk production quota system for the 2003 / 2004 quota year shall be 0 litres of raw milk.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2003.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 March 2004.
