DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 194 / 1996 Coll., implementing the law on feedingstuffs, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Articles 3 (11) and 4 (7) of Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed:
Decree No. 194 / 1996 Coll., implementing the law on feedingstuffs, as amended by Decree No. 256 / 1997 Coll. and Decree No. 208 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 23 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The labelling of complete and complementary feed to which additives other than enzymes and micro-organisms have been added shall indicate the type of additive used as specified in the name in Annex 6, column 1 + 2 and its total content. Vitamin E content shall be reported as alpha-tocopherol. ';
2. In Annex 6, in the group of microbiological active substances, growth promoters in order number 5.OLACHINDOX in column 7 at the end, the words "allowed until 31.8.1999 'are added.
3. In Annex 6, in the group of microbiologically active substances, growth promoters, Order No 6, SODIUM SALINOMYCINATE:

4. In Annex 6, in the group of microbiological active substances, growth promoters in order number 7.TYLOSIN FOSPHATE in column 7 at the end, the words "allowed until 30.6.1999 'are added.
5. In Annex 6, in the group of microbiological active substances - growth promoters in order number 8.VIRGINIAMYCIN in column 7 at the end, the words "allowed until 30.6.1999 'are added.
6. In Annex 6, in the group of microbiological active substances, growth promoters in order number 9.ZINKBACITRACIN in column 7 at the end, the words "allowed until 30.6.1999 'are added.
7. In Annex 6, in the group of the microbiological active substance, the anticoccidic in order number 3, HALOFUGINON in column 7, the words "Roussell Uclaff France 'are replaced by the words" Hoechst Roussell Vet. Germany'.
8. In Annex 6, in the group of the microbiological active substance, the words "and rearing 'shall be inserted after the word" fattening' in order number 6.
9. In Annex 6, in the group of the microbiological active substance, the anticoccidic in order number 11, SODIUM SALINOMYCINATE in column 7, the words "Hoechst Veterinär Germany 'are replaced by the words" Hoechst Roussell Vet. Germany'.
10. In Annex 6, in the group of the microbiological active substance, the anticoccidic agent, serial number 13. SULFACHINOXALIN is replaced by order number 13.

11. In Annex 6, in the group of microbiological active substances - micro-organisms in order number 7, LAKTOBACILLUS CASEII in column 3, the designation "CCM 4160 'is added.
In Annex 6, in the group of microbiological active substances, growth promoters, serial number 5. OLACHINDOX shall be deleted from 1 September 1999 and serial numbers 7. TYLOSIN FOSPATE, 8. VIRGINIAMYCIN and 9. ZINKBACITRACIN as from 1 July 1999.
This decree shall take effect on 15 May 1999.
