DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 15 April 1997
amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 176 / 1993 Coll., on rent from an apartment and payment for transactions provided with use of an apartment, as amended
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 2 (2) (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the field of prices, as amended by Act No. 135 / 1994 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 176 / 1993 Coll., on rental from the apartment and payment for the supply provided with the use of the apartment, as amended by Decree No. 30 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 274 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 5a (5), the following sentence is added at the end:
"For the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998, the maximum rate of increase in rent of Kv at Prague is 1,67 and for municipalities with a population of 100 thousand 1,35."
2. In Paragraph 5a (6), the following sentence is added after the words "in justified cases' and the words" except for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998 ': "The City of Prague may apply a maximum coefficient of Kv of more than 1,19 from 1 July 1998 until the value of 1,30'.
3. Article 6 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The actuarial basic rent from an apartment whose construction or completion was authorised after 30 June 1993 and the financing of which involves public funds, or which was authorised before that date, and the financing of which since 1995, public funds shall be determined in accordance with point 2 (a) of the Annex. ';
The rent regulation under this Decree also applies to leases incurred before the date of application of this Decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 30 April 1997.
