DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 6 August 1985
amending and supplementing Decree No. 110 / 1978 Coll., on the Strasbourg Agreement on International Patent Classification of 24 March 1971
By decision of the Assembly of the Strasbourg Union on 2 October 1979, the following amendments to the abovementioned Strasbourg Agreement were adopted:
1. in Article 7.2 (a) (iv), the word "three-year" shall be replaced by the word "two-year";
2. in Article 7.4 (a), the words' three years' shall be replaced by 'two years';
These amendments entered into force under Article 11 (2) of the Strasbourg Agreement on 25 February 1982 and entered into force on that date for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
