Slovak National Council
of 14 July 1969
on the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic for 1969
The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
Approved State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic
| (1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu na rok 1969 se stanoví částkou | 40 520 247 000 Kčs |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu (příloha č. 1) | 40 520 247 000 Kčs. |
(2) The national budget contains the budgets of the national committees by a general financial relationship to the state budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic (subsidies from the state budget) of 5 561 700 000 Kčs and the special-purpose subsidies granted from the state budget to the national committees budgets of 5 575 100 000 Kčs (Annex 2).
(3) The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic may adjust the global financial relationship of the national committees' budgets to the national budget as well as the special-purpose subsidies granted from the state budget to the national committees' budgets if, as a result of its measures or measures by the central government of the SSR, the conditions under which the aggregate financial relationship and, where appropriate, the special-purpose subsidies have been established are changed; it shall make such adjustments to the extent resulting from the financial consequences of those measures.
(4) The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic may adjust the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic to the consequences of changes in the organisation of national committees, the reorganisation of the banking system and other organisational changes
Common and final provisions
Budget revenue and expenditure relating to the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic, which was implemented between 1 January 1969 and the Act on the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic for 1969, shall be charged to that budget.
This law shall take effect on the date declared.
